Make it a habit

It used to be a common myth that it takes 21 days to form a habit when in all actuality; it can take up to a year. So why not start now? My goal for June is to work out every day. Alone. If I can’t be accountable to myself, how can I be accountable to anyone else? So, to get in my one a day’s I started the Julian Michaels 30 day shred and started the C25K program. Below is the calendar that I’m using to guide me. So far, so good. =)

Here’s to starting a healthy habit!

  1. YAY! Get it girl!! Ive seen you were back at the workouts on MFP!

I couldn't agree more with your point about just #1 being accountable to yourself. At the end of the day no one sees what any of us do when were alone.

Even if we do a workout together and then when were alone we sabotage ourselves by eating bad or not sticking to the daily workouts... Everyone will eventually know/see the truth.

And who really cares...What "they" know/see. This journey is for US (me) and no one will benefit from it but the person putting in the work! Work it Girl.. Im proud of ya!:D
