I decided to take a break from working out but not tracking my food intake. I really needed my shoulder to feel better so that I didn’t reinjure it. SO I found a few challenges for us and combining them together for a WHOLE BODY CHALLENGE! (I take no credit for coming up with this, just combining it!) Oh and surprisingly, my honey-bunny has decided that he wants to do it with us! Yay!!! =)So this is it.
