Well this week has been a lazy, lazy week. I didn't exercise and I ate a few meals that I'm not too proud of. Tomorrow is our company Crawfish boil and aside from tons of boiled crawfish there will be fried shrimp, spinach and artichoke bread, jello shots, margaritas, brownies, cookies, cupcakes and we've been talking about it all week and my motivation has been going right out the window. Sunday I'm getting back to working out, drinking water and my shakes twice a day with a healthy dinner. I'm gonna get over this speed bump!!
