Shannon & I decided to be Swingers... the sense that we traded days this week.  So, here I am again.
I did weigh and measure in this morning.  As I suspected, I did poorly.  I gained 1.2 pounds back.  I suppose it could have been worse.  But, it does make me feel terrible.
I start Couch 2 5k tomorrow.  I am excited.  It's only three days a week and only about 20-30 minutes a day - I think.
I am also going back to school.  Classes start tomorrow.  I must admit, I'm nervous.  I haven't actually been on a campus in quite some time.  In addition to working full time, I am taking 13 hours. 
I have been doing ok with my resolutions.  I could improve on my journaling, but everything else seems to be going pretty good.  I have more patience, I have been watching my mouth more, I even went and got my nails done tonight with Shannon.
Well, I suck at blogging lately.  I plan on busting ass and having something fantastic to report on next Thursday.  Until then...

    sucks about gaining weight BUT use it as a motivator! you know where you don't want to be so don't go back there!!!!!


  2. Can't believe you are taking 13 school hours during the Spring semester! That is crazy! I thought I was crazy but at least the Summer only lasted a few weeks. This is going to be tough but I know you can do it. You just need to stay on top of it and not wait til the last minute just to say "I HAVE to do work's due by 9 p.m.!" Don't wait til the last minute!

    You're gonna do great on C25K! Look how great Steph is doing with it!

  3. With all that schooling you will need a stress relief, for sure! Take it out on your walk/jogging w C25k! You will do great. Just stick with it! :)
